A block of rooms at a discounted rate have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Dallas where Conference sessions will be held. Book no later than October 7 to secure the discounted group rate. After that date, the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Located downtown next to the iconic Dallas landmark Reunion Tower, Hyatt Regency Dallas is a gateway to the best of the city. The hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions, including Dealey Plaza and the Historic West End.  Enjoy amenities that include a fitness center, outdoor pool with sundeck and multiple dining options.  Guests staying at the hotel will receive 20% off admission to the Reunion Tower Geo-Deck when they show their hotel key.

Group Rate = $239 per night (plus tax)

 Student Rate = $189 per night (plus tax).

Government Rate = $161 per night (plus tax).

The Hyatt Dallas Regency is the official Conference hotel for MMM 2023 and is the center of all conference sessions, events and activities. It is just a glass elevator ride down to the sessions and exhibit hall which provides opportunities for networking and makes a return to your room to check email to make a call easy! But did you also know that booking your room at the Conference hotel helps support MMM and keep costs down for attendees? In return for the use of the hotel’s meeting facilities, the Conference guarantees that a certain percentage of attendees will stay in the hotel, at the negotiated reduced rates. However, if the Conference does not meet the contracted sleeping room commitment, the hotel gets paid anyway. The financial penalties for unfilled rooms then end up hurting not only the current year’s Conference, but future years as well, as our ability to negotiate the best contract terms and hotel rates is weakened. The end result is that the Conference registration fee is subject to significant yearly increases.

What if we don't contract for sleeping rooms? Simply put, sleeping room rates will be higher for attendees and the conference will incur additional expenses for meeting room rental fees, resulting in future conference registration fees being pushed higher and higher.

Note: You may find that internet brokers such as Orbitz or Kayak will offer a few rooms in their inventory at a lower price than the conference is offering. There are often date restrictions and penalties associated with these rates, however, if you do somehow obtain a better rate than the one offered by the Conference, your room nights will still be counted toward our contracted sleeping room block.
